Mounts with what measures ti be about a 7/8” shaft with a keyway

Unfortunately, I didn’t get any history with this and do not know what it fits so I am putting the dimensions and including lots of pictures.

Noticed that there are some cracks on the plastic

Weighs about 6 lbs. 3 oz.

Measures just a little over 18 inches wide
