This super cute Halloween decor is battery operated.  It requires AA batteries THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED.  It is in good working condition, but it does have some scratches and scuffs on it as shown.  It is motion sensing and once it picks up motion, the eyes start spinning and the knocker starts moving.  It does have an on and off switch on the side.  SOMETIMES WHEN IT STARTS IT TAKES IT A WHILE TO STOP MOVING.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase
