·       Most items will be shipping YRC Freight.  Business location must have a forklift or a loading dock, or there will be additional charges. We can also ship to your nearest YRC Freight facility if you do not have a forklift or a loading dock. There will be an additional charge for residential locations.

Returns

·       Some returns are subjected to 10% restocking fee (if you are returning an item and it is not our fault.)

·       Shipping cost that you paid is not refundable

If there is a problem with a part we sent you and you want a refund or replacement, we must know about it within 30 days.

To receive a refund all parts must be returned to seller in original condition, just like they were shipped to the buyer.
