Selling our beloved Epson WF-7520, A3 multifunction wireless colour printer, scanner, copier and fax unit that has recently come up with a software issue

but was working 100% before this. The error message displayed is " Printers ink pad is at the end of its service life. Please contact Epson support" Online it says it's a quick software fix. We have no time to deal with due to work commitments

so have purchased a new printer.
