"Drinker with Pipe"

  • German stoneware, relief, 1/2 L, pewter lid.
  • The text on the body reads: "Trinke mit Freuden, halt dich bescheiden."
  • And translates to: "Drink with joy, remain humble."

Condition and Description: Overall in excellent condition.  A neat stein that displays quite well.  The body has the mold # 440 on it, however on the base, there is another number (11) and what appears to be a four leaf clover next to it.


Dimensions:

Height: ~7.5" tall from base to top of thumblift
Width: ~3.4" at the base

On the subject of shipping and handling, I have a 100% success rate(knock on wood) with the steins I have packed and shipped arriving to their new homes in perfect condition.  This stein will be well packed and shipped fully insured, USPS priority or Fedex home.  Also, in addition to combining shipping for multiple lots won - I am willing to ship internationally, just let me know before you bid.  eBay's global shipping program does not allow for a combined invoice/shipping, so please keep that in mind as an international bidder.
