It is a stripped green and white seersucker material.

It has 3 green snaps at the top and it also snaps at

the crotch.  The cute hat is lined in a cotton fabric.

It has a cute felt applique truck with a giraffe going

on a safari.  There is also a little decorative water

scene with a little moveable fish under a clear plastic.
