This is a fantastic old piece. Dating to 1900s this is for a paper maney , receipts, and coupons purse wallet. It is in good condition and is leather with paper pockets for coupons inside.

 Inside, I found shopping cards for food and clothing, which were apparently used in times of scarcity in Sweden after World War II, dated 1948-1949s

It measures 6 1/2" by 4".
