Macbook doesn’t power on, With usbc amp meter connected , it displays 5.30volts with .19amps then goes up to 30 amps 5v remains 5volt, seems to have a short in the charging system should be fixable for someone with board repair skills if not can be used for parts,

Screen and top case are confirmed to be in working condtion. New logicboard
