We have two franchised stores in Merseyside employing a team of dedicated full-time staff. We have trained staff members looking after the whole process of selling our goods online and we aim to give great customer service.

Postage

Items are normally posted the day after receiving payment using a traceable postal service. Most items will be sent either 1st Class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier. We aim to ensure you receive your goods promptly and safely. We only send items to your confirmed Paypal address. Please 'add' any other additional delivery addresses to your Paypal account before bidding. The Postage charge covers most of mainland UK. If you live in Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Scottish Highlands/Islands there may be an additional charge so we would advise you to contact us before bidding

We do not normally post items outside the UK. Any buyer wishing to bid or buy an item who lives outside the UK should contact us first or your bid may be removed.
