Handmade and signed in the United States in 1975, this original piece is a thoughtful addition to any collection.

This item is in preowned condition. There are no notable signs of use. Some signs of age and the errors due to the hand sewn nature of this amazing piece. I found one mark on the backside that is grayish in color and about the size of a piece of rice. It didn’t photograph, as it ends up looking like a shadow, it’s small. Also, because it is handmade, you may find a missed stitch here in there. At one point, I found a stick pin still sewn in. I cannot find it now as it has been through a careful soaking and washing process (it could be still there somewhere, please look). There are no other stains, rips, tears or odors. For the age of this piece, it is nearly perfect. It is fun to look at as its maker clearly thought about every piece of it. It must of taken her forever. It seemed to me that it had been stored in a cedar closet for most of these years.
