Comes with hood, front and rear caps. Some markings etc as shown in photos. Also there is small dust or object inside the rear element as shown. When the lens is stopped down to 5.6 or lower it is most likely will not be in the image. Haven’t really noticed it when using but being transparent as shown in the photos.
