Sold as defective.

Boot (green led, PSU and CPU fans spinning but does not display anything).

However, I do not know whether the issue is the socket 754 processor I have (sempron 3200) or the motherboard.

Diagnostic PCI board show FF error (fault found).

Might request another try with another CPU...
