Rare Victorian dealers whip, measures 170cm to top were the whip bows, 245cm overall,  thick 3.5cm in diameter to cap base. Made with a steel core, plated linen shaft and set with twenty ribbed brass collars, heavy thick butt cap 3.5" tall inset with early penny coin with head of a young Queen Victoria c1860. Embossed in the  brass collars is "Royal South Bucks Agricultural Association and Presented by John Judd, Slough". In good overall condition for its age, six of the collars have minor splits as seen , to the end of the whip just past  natural bow top you can see a minor split in the steel core, it is still firmly attached by the heavy duty linen shaft.
