This rig is fully operational and will be packed safely and will arrive that way.  One side of outer cabinet is scuffed up as shown. Other than that I cannot fault this radio. Full power,Auto tuner super fast matches, The receiver if you have ever heard one is simply remarkable and so sensitive with superb audio quality with the internal speaker only.
