Brand new model kit with most parts, aside from 18 wheels 🛞, still sealed in bags. The box shows some signs of shelf wear, few creases, but is fine. The decals should be good. It seems complete to me, but check the photos all contents photographed. The box also includes the metal rods for wheels. Very cool kit!!
