Red
Achiote. seeds are a red color and utilised as a medicine, body adornment and increasingly rarely to add the brigth red colour  to textiles.

Black
Barro is a riverine clay to paint and dye fabrics. It is gathered from certain spots along the river and added with water to form a grey paste. Once painted onto the fabric it is left to dry, then the excess clay is washed off to leave the fabric black.

Brown
Bark of the mahogany tree gives textiles a warm rich brown color. It is most often used to dye an entire fabric, textile will be submersed numerous times .

Yello
Guisador is a root of turmeric and is ground into a paste to produce a yellow pigment. It grows in the condition of a wild plant across almost the entire Peruvian jungle.
