Antique Vintage Sargent / Fulton No 7 Sized Woodworking Plane Corrugated. Fulton Tool Co maybe made by Sargent (or Stanley). Solid and all parts appear to be present.

Frog adjustment lever has Pat. Feb 3-91 stamped on it, indicating a Sargent part. Blade has Fulton Tool Co stamped on it. Blade has some pitting and need to be ground and sharpened.
