This character Rooster is 
approx 3 inches ( 7 cms ) tall.
There is no button /flag.
Rooster is from the EAN 1508 series,
being probably 1508.4 ( 7).
Rooster has metal legs and is
a miniature Pom Pom Wool Steiff toy.
Rooster has jointed head
with some movement between
body and metal legs.
Colours are still lovely and bright
showing little wear.
This character Rooster is being sold as seen
as a once loved children's toy.
This fellow has been in 
the Hen House for many years
 with his many friends.
