Vintage Monark Fork.  Fork is incomplete.  Parts in photos are included.  Light green to mint depending on the lighting.  I believe this to be original paint.   Rust, chips, and patina throughout.  Would need restoration.  One spring pilot is bent, and spring missing.  Looks like it was a beehive setup.
