This is a great all around costume dress-up dress or Halloween Costume.  Made by Dream Dazzlers.  Sized to fit most children 7 to 8 years old.  100% Polyester.  Very bold, great colors and sparkly.  Sequin bodice and ruffle skirt with silver star accents.  GREAT colors!  Hot Pink and Teal Blue.  This is a very fun costume!  See pic for small hem tear, about 1” on back side hem, a few snags (polyester), blue ruffle snag (back side of skirt), small strip of sequins on front.  . 

Front neckline to bottom of hem is 20-21 inches.  Measurement doesn’t include straps.
