To ensure impeccable precision, all our cuts are meticulously created using templates. Regrettably, the size of the pieces cannot be altered. Our process involves placing the felt over the dies and delicately rolling them through our precise die-cutting machine.

Kindly allow 2 to 6 business days for us to process your order with the utmost care. Please note that this processing time does not include the shipping duration to your desired destination.

COLOUR VARIATIONS
Because computer monitors and mobile devices have different settings, the colours of the products you receive may be a little different from the pictures you see. Also, keep in mind that even items with the same colour in one article might have slight differences between batches.

LOST OR DELAYED
