Plot:
The comic sequel to the smash original, WEEKEND AT BERNIE'S, reunites Andrew McCarthy, Jonathan Silverman and Terry Kiser for more slapstick fun in the sun! Thistime, insurance clerks Larry (McCarthy) and Richard (Silverman) return to work after their originalweekend with Bernie (Kiser), only to discover they've been fired. And the $2 million Bernie stole from the company is stashed in the Virgin Islands. Ever resourceful, these two party animals head to the Caribbean, where a voodoo priestess resurrects Bernie from the dead so he can lead her to the money. With an insurance investigator (Barry Bostwick) on their tails, a voodoo spell on their heads and a beautiful islander (Troy Beyer) at their side, Larry and Richard go for the gold...and discoverthat sometimes you're better off dead!
