As you can see by my photos you are looking at a Horn Cap that was removed from an early1960's-70's? Opel many years ago and properly stored away.
This Factory Opel steering wheel Horn Button is in really nice original survivor quality condition. The molded Black vinyl has excellent graining with nice even color having no staining or fade. The Opel emblem in the center is equally as nice with the clear plastic center having no chips, cracks, scratches, crazing or cloudiness whatsoever. The 3 plastic mounting clips & the metal horn contact on the backside are all intact and unbroken.
