This is a brand new 30-inch scale bass neck. I sanded, stained, and oiled the neck before I found out it will not fit the mustang bass body I had planned to install it on. The nut width is 45mm and the heel width is 65mm (2.55”).

I tested the truss rod, and it is working.

It has been stained with Behr Gunstock colored oil-based stain and one layer of Boiled Linseed Oil, giving it the look of roasted maple.

The neck has never been played or installed on a guitar so it’s in the same brand new condition as I received it other than the stain and oil. Please note the pics as the stain did go on a little blotchy in a few spots.
