Decoupage is in very good condition, two small pieces at the base of the door need regluing but otherwise very good. All painted areas are chipped and need repainting, including interior. It can be taken apart and reassembled if access is an issue. You have to,lift door a bit to open and close - probably due to the weight of the mirror. May need some adjustment. Piece of skirting missing on one side.
