This is a vintage 4 Tine Clam, Potato, and Corn Rake Fork Hoe Garden Claw Hand Cultivator.  Great primitive décor with a wonderful patina.  All metal and made decades ago in the USA.  It is approximately 18 inches long and 5-1/4 inches wide.
