Community Plate is one of the brands or "marks" of silver-plated flatware made by the Oneida Community beginning in 1899. This Silver-plate footed bowl has a delicate and beautiful leaf pattern around the foot. The metal work and engraving is very fine and is probably from the 1920's or earlier.

It is in great pre-owned  condition. It does have a few black spots inside. Can be used as a sugar bowl, compote bowl, or general serving dish
