Large sterling silver cross pendant. With coloured stones, I can not be entirely sure if the stones are glass or semi precious stones as I am not sure there is a way of telling but I believe these to be semi-precious stones based on other similar items I have seen for sale. 

In a good used condition, there is some light surface scratching as shown in the photos. The cross has a very slight curve to it but I think this is how this was made/ part of the manufacturing rather than being later damage.
