The book is in overall excellent condition for its age with some wear and scuffs as per the pictures. The pages themselves are all in nice condition. The two reference sheet pages are both present and attached.

This book does not look like it has been used. The front cover crease is not present.

Overall this is a very decent copy of the extremely rare 1st UK Print edition.
