This vintage Hamilton 992 Railroad Grade pocket watch is a true gem for any collector. With 21 jewels and a mechanical (manual) movement, this watch keeps excellent time and is in great working condition. The watch features Arabic numerals, a white dial, and an analog display. Made in 1906, this watch has a lever escapement type and is not water resistant. The watch is a 16S size and has a yellow gold case color with a screwback caseback. The Hamilton Railroad model is a perfect addition to any railroad grade pocket watch collection.

This watch is in unbelievable condition. I am a collector and repair hobbyist and I have not seen another like this. It has a gold center wheel, gold jewel settings and sapphire pallet stones. This watch is 125 years old and it looks like it was made a week ago. The case is also extraordinary. Since I serviced this watch, I don't touch it with bare fingers. The bow is as tight as a new watch.
Look how true the balance wheel is!
The only flaw in this watch is a chip in the dial at 5:00. I honestly forgot it was there until I looked at the pictures, without magnification, it looks like part of the 5. Then I had to revise the listing.

I'm selling this watch to buy an Omega Speedmaster.
