Well where do I start with this car. There is soooooo much to list, so I will start with the basics.
I have owned this car for the last 11 years. It has and still is my pride and joy. Vogue top of the range spec. Only using this to tow my boat or caravan only a handful of times a year. Mileage is 124k however the original 4.6 engines were prone to the water jackets and cylinder liners leaking. This happened to mine just after I bought it.
So I did my research and found a company who redesigned the 4.6 engine called RPI Engineering who made a solid cast engine block.
So I ordered and fitted the new redesigned and upgraded 4.6 engine. So while the engine was being fitted at the same time I had new, water pump, new serpentine belt and tensioners new starter motor, new top radiator hose, new radiator new air conditioning radiator and dryer, the air conditioning is icy cold. 2 new exhausts new HT Leads and coils. The cylinder heads were decoked polished ports and 3 stage valves which gives a better air/ fuel mix giving better performance, together with a full service.  This was all done at 120k The engine runs lovely lovely and pulls like a train.
New rear torque converter and gearbox oil and filter change.
All new air bags front and rear, all new Terrafirma shock absorbers and steering damper.
New brakes and discs and callipers and brake hoses.
All the suspension bushes have been replaced by Orange Dynamic Ploy bushes, which last 10 times longer than the standard rubber bush’s. 20 inch Stormer alloys with 4 new tyres last year. New battery last year.
Front + Rear differential oil and transfer box oil changed last year.
The p38 were also problamtic with the O ring in the heater matrix leaking coolant into the drivers foot well.  The entire heater matrix was replaced with the upgraded Audi matrix which eliminates the need for the O ring so will never leak.
There is more  good news: it has the upgraded upholstery with the cream leather and passenger folding tables in the rear. A Sony play station, cinema screens in the rear head rests so you can play DVD on the go. A top of the range pioneer DVD player head unit in the front dash with automatic retracting screen so you can watch a film from the front and rear seats on the move. Great for the kids. The interior is showing signs of wear such as drivers arm rest.
Reverse camera ( shows live picture in the pioneer head screen) ideal for precision  hooking up to a tow hitch. I found this invaluable when hooking up to my caravan, brilliant.
I have serviced the car every year even sometimes the car didn’t even cover 800 miles in a year.
I have the original hand book, loads of paper work.
I am happy to send you more photos of the interior, exterior, dvd screens etc.
It’s always been kept in a garage, nice and dry and covered.
This is a well loved and kept P38. I am only selling it because I have bought a discovery 4.
A very reluctant sale, and the new owner will be very pleased with.

More photos added of the interior, being realistic. Remember this is a 25 year old car, however had £1000s spent on upgrades and replacing virtually every mechanical component. An original Sony play station cleverly hidden in the boot, but needs the hand consoles. I intend to use the car over this weekend to tow my caravan.
