There are more letters after the r, however the stamping was too lightly done to be able to read. This MAY be by the famous jewelry company Shreiner, in which case, this is one HECK of a good deal! In either case, this is, by every indication, high quality, blue aurora borealis, prong-set crystal rhinestones, likely from Austria.
