This is a vintage Co-Boy hand painted pottery figurine made by Goebel in Germany.

It's a great looking little elf / gnome named "Fips", ready to clean the fish in his lap with a large knife.

It's marked on the top surface as shown, the bottom has the makers marks as shown.

It's in good condition without any chips or cracks with overall crazing.

It measures about 6-1/8" tall, 5" wide and 4" deep.
