Dueto losses and problems with China mails, we now require all shipments to Chinavia Registered International Mail.

                1. 由于寄往中国的邮件经常丢失，我们现在要求所有寄往中国的邮件使用国际挂号邮件。买家支付挂号邮件的费用，18.50美元。这是美国邮政局收取的实际费用。

                2. 如果买家愿意承担风险，寄往该中国买家的邮件可以用普通国际邮件邮寄。普通国际邮件不能追踪，买家要向卖家表示愿意承担风险，卖家不承担普通国际邮件丢失的任何责任。
