Extremely Rare Cruciform Dagger, Scrimshaw, Trench Art, Bloodletting groves, Boar tusk or bone. As found in storage unit. All the information I could find is that it is designed to make a wound for blood to flow quickly from its victim and this type of wound in most cases was mortal.
