Baby Gap cable knit one piece sweater in a size 0-3 months. Has functional buttons on left sleeve. Opens at the bottom for easy diaper change. The bottom closure has 2 hidden snaps with 4 functional and decorational buttons. My son wore this, but could be unisex.
