These 2 # 1654 Locomotives have been tested: Top Left one is a complete 2-4-2 Locomotive with working light but will not operate or run. Top Right one is missing the back 2 wheels and operates well in forward but no reverse or working light functions. Together these 2 should make a nice restoration project and you should be able to put together a nice locomotive for a reasonable price. Includes a very nice matching Lionel Lines # 1654T Black Tinplate Tender & a Brown # 6017 Caboose.
