Very old vintage tool for working with 35mm film. Condition is rough with lots of rust. This unit is a good candidate for restore.
Nothing appears to be broken or damaged, both brass tags fully intact.
Both arm pieces move up / down freely.
No damage to cast iron or other parts noted.
