Morlock #1 Gredown Horror Comic - 50cent cover version

This is the earlier 50cent version. There is also a later $1.00 cover price version

The bottom portion of the front cover is missing. There is pencil coloring in to the first page of the comic. Creasing along spine area and some yellowing/spotting to cover wraps.
