This vintage bust of Hiawatha, the legendary Native American leader, is a rare find from the early 1900s. Created by FC Nedderhut, it depicts the Iroquois chief in an iconic pose. The sculpture is a beautiful representation of Native American culture and would make a great addition to any collection. The provenance of this item is unfortunately unknown, but its quality and craftsmanship speak for themselves. BUST IS 10 1/2"  TALL. BASE IS 4" WIDE. The dark er brown around neck and shoulder and lower back around the name HIAWATHA   has a crack also. It does not take away from the beautiful details and colored sculpture.
