Abzugeben aus erster Hand ist eine Duesenberg Starplayer TV in der selteneren "Lefthanded"- Ausführung.
Die Gitarre wurde im Sept. ´23 erworben, ist in einem Top-, fast neuwertigen Zustand. Die Rechnung ist vorhanden - die Werksgarantie ist entsprechend noch gültig.
Da die Werkseinstellung für mich schon so gut wie perfekt war ist nichts daran verändert oder gar rumgebastelt worden. Es ist also alles noch 100% Original.
(Nur der Tremolohebel wurde natürlich eingestellt, die Höhe der Pickups wurden minimal nach meinem Geschmack nachgestellt und das Griffbrett wurde mit Leinölfirnis behandelt, das war´s auch schon.) Ich möchte es bei diesem Angebot nicht vorenthalten, entsprechende Fotos anbei:
Schon ab der Werksverarbeitung her zeigt sich auf dem Rückseitenboden ein kleiner Fehler in der Holzzeichnung und scheinbar gibt es dort auch einen kleinen Haareinschluss unter der Klarlackierung. Das fand ich aber beides nie störend. Und es gibt minimalste Lackplatzer an dem "D"-Label auf der Decke - hier muss ich wohl mal irgendwo angestoßen sein?, das Label und der Korpus selbst ist an der Stelle aber noch voll intakt.
Diese Sachen seien aber nur für sehr Pingelige erwähnt und rein optisch, sie haben nichts mit der Funktion zu tun. Im normalen Betrachtungsabstand fallen sie auch - wie man auf den Fotos sieht - praktisch nicht auf.
Ansonsten hat der Lack keinerlei Schäden oder Macken, allenfalls übliche leichte Gebrauchsspuren durch die Nutzung. Die Bünde/Bundkronen sind noch völlig intakt und nicht abgenutzt.
Die Gitarre wurde ausschließlich zuhause und für Aufnahmen verwendet.
Die Elektronik, Poties etc. arbeiten natürlich einwandfrei.
Das ist eine sehr hochwertig verarbeitete Semi-Akustikgitarre der Oberklasse, studioreif. Mit ihrer Pickup-Kombination Humbucker am Steg und P90 am Hals ist sie soundmäßig äußerst vielseitig.
Insbesondere hervorzuheben ist auch das Tremolosystem, was im Normalgebrauch tatsächlich praktisch verstimmungsfrei arbeitet.
Sie läßt sich traumhaft leicht spielen, die Saitenlage am 12. Bund liegt aktuell - auch bei kräftigerem Anschlag sauber und schnarrfrei - bei e 1,3mm und E 1,9mm. (Die Bünde sind ab Werk geplekt)

For sale first hand is a Duesenberg Starplayer TV in the rarer “Lefthanded” version.
The guitar was purchased in Sept. '23 and is in top, almost mint condition. The invoice is available - the factory warranty is still valid.
Since the factory setting was already as good as perfect for me, nothing has been changed or even tinkered with. So everything is still 100% original.
(Only the tremolo lever was of course adjusted, the height of the pickups was minimally adjusted to my taste and the fingerboard was treated with linseed oil varnish, that's it).
I don't want to withhold it from this offer, the corresponding photos are attached:
Even from the factory finish, there is a small mistake in the wood drawing on the back and apparently there is also a small hair inclusion under the clear varnish. But I never found either of these disturbing. And there are minimal paint chips on the “D” label on the top - I must have bumped into it somewhere?, but the label and the body itself are still fully intact at this point.
However, these things are only mentioned for the very picky and are purely visual, they have nothing to do with the function. From a normal viewing distance, they are practically unnoticeable - as you can see in the photos.
Otherwise, the paintwork has no damage or flaws, at most the usual slight signs of wear from use. The frets/fret crowns are still completely intact and not worn.
The guitar was used exclusively at home and for recording.
The electronics, pots etc. are of course working perfectly.
This is a very high-quality semi-acoustic guitar of the upper class, studio-ready. With its pickup combination of humbucker on the bridge and P90 on the neck, it is extremely versatile in terms of sound.
The tremolo system is particularly noteworthy, as it works virtually detune-free in normal use.
It is fantastically easy to play, the string action at the 12th fret is currently - even with a strong attack - clean and snare-free at e 1.3mm and E 1.9mm. (The frets are plucked ex works)
