10k yellow gold filigree brooch with round bezel set blue gemstone. The brooch is hallmarked on the rollover clasp. The stone does have a thermal reading on the gem tester but I do not know if it is natural. The stone could be a blue topaz or a blue zircon or it could be simulated. It is center set and surrounded by a filigree pattern that is shaped like a bow. Total gram weight is 4.3

Measures 1 7/8 inch long and 11/16 at the widest.  Care should be taken as the pin sticks out from the brooch on the end so be careful not to stick yourself.
