The Christmas-colored Ministry koozy and santa bag(?) came with the CD in my order. Koozy has never been used and the CD and koozy fit in a small pocket in the santa-bag thingy. 

Cardboard sleeve is in icredible shape, no indents/grooves/bends/markings/wear, etc. Al's signature is nice and clean, number is slightly fading on the reverse side. There is some MINOR wear around the bottom edge of the front cover and it was like this when I received it in the mail. I'm a very strict grader with my collectibles and this type of wear is unavoidable at times since this is a glossy/black cardboard case. Folks who aren't as OCD as I am about condition will think the cover is totally fine. =) There are some fingerprints on the case from me handling it to take pictures. These will clean right off. 

Pics are of actual item and everything will be packed safely in a box to prevent damage in transit. Thanks for looking!
