First of all I want to thank you for your interest in this product. This figure is the Superman figure from the movie Batman VS Superman special version with Kryptonite. The figure is in very good condition, with its original box and with the brown shipper. What you see is what I sell.

You will see that in the right arm at the height of the joint there is a very small sign of articulation. I have highlighted it in the photo to draw your attention to this detail. It doesn't appear to be deteriorated, but it doesn't seem right to say that it is as unused because although most of the time, most of the figure has been in museum pose, that arm has occasionally been articulated.
