This is a gorgeous Y2K dress or tunic top from New Look in size UK 16. The black dress is made of beautiful white florals on black semi-sheer chiffon with black satin contrast border trims. The unlined pullover dress or tunic top, has a V neckline, kimono-style sleeves, a satin waistband that leads into satin side ties, and a bias-cut skirt with a straight hemline.
