Antique Lombok Kolomisani kris, keris – Lombok abad XIX-era (early 19th century) – Beblatungan warangka and gandar fully encased in silver with deeply chased motifs and set with 9 precious stones – Magnificent, heavy Krishna hilt of silver, set with 12 precious stones; sapphires, rubies and garnets – Silver angop with 8 large rubies – Kolomisani wilah with the rare pamor Uler Lulut.

This rare, antique Lombok Kolomisani keris dates from the Lombok abad XIX-era (early 19th century).

I had the honor of acquiring this rare and exclusive Keris from a collector from Mataram, Lombok. This man's collection is impressive, to say the least. I would be happy to tell you more about it upon request.

All aspects of this antique and spiritually powerful keris are equally stunning. To begin, the keris houses in a Beblatungan warangka and gandar which is fully encased in silver with deeply chased motifs and set with 9 precious stones; 4 rubies, 4 sapphires and a garnet.

The top of the keris is adorned with a heavy, silver hilt, depicting the Hindu deity, Krishna. He is worshipped as the eighth avatar of Vishnu and also as the Supreme God in his own right. He is the god of protection, compassion, tenderness, and love; and is widely revered among Hindu divinities. The hilt is set with sapphires, garnets and rubies.

The hilt is set on an equally heavy, silver angop which is set with 8 large rubies.

The spectacle continues when the keris is pulled from the warangka. The large wilah (blade) is forged with pamor Uler Lulut. I had the wilah professionally and ritually treated with warangan, the near white pamor contrasts beautifully against the jet-black background of the wilah. The pamor motif Uler Lulut has a pattern of pamor spheres that are connected together and that look like the body of a snake. Uler Lulut means "tame snake" in Indonesian. It possesses magical powers that will bring good luck to the owner of the keris in the sense that it will become easy for him to generate income. In addition, it makes the owner flexible in entering into and maintaining both relational and business relationships. Because of this, the owner will be able to count on many friends. In the business or work field, the owner of the keris will be very popular with colleagues, his superiors or his business relations.

The Isi of this keris is equally majestic and powerful. On request I will gladly tell you all about its spiritual and magical powers.
