About the history of this great instrument:
The BAC artist Trombone Shorty was made on behalf of and according to the wishes of trombone star “Trombone Shorty”.
It was produced in a very limited edition (50 or 75 pieces) and only distributed through the “Trombone Shorty Foundation” and not officially sold.
BAC Musical Instruments was founded in 2004 by Mike Corrigan. The manufacturer's very high-quality instruments can be seen on the biggest stages, such as Wynton Marsalis' Jazz at Lincoln Center, Trombone Shorty, Bruno Mars , Kool and the Gang, Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift and many others.
The trombone was built in 2011 and we recently overhauled it for you.
What sets this professional BAC tenor trombone apart:

- The tuning slide is freely movable.
- The water key is tight and works perfectly.
- Stop felt is in place .
- Rubber stopper is in place .
- The bell is brushed on the outside, polished to a high gloss on the inside and then varnished. A very nice look. The paint has a few minor signs of wear.
- The braces are also in good condition .
- The instrument was recently overhauled by us and is now immediately playable.

Is it possible to play the instruments? Is there an Elbblech shop?
– Yes, by appointment in Ratzeburg. There is no shop.
Who is behind Elbblech?
– This is me, Felix Eilers, a professional trombonist. I studied in Hanover, Rotterdam, Groningen and New York City and have a master's degree in jazz trombone.
I have no way of getting to Ratzeburg. Can I still play the instruments?
– Yes, that is possible without any problems. When purchasing the instruments you always have a 30-day right of return. During this time you can try out the instrument at your leisure and if you don't like it, send it back without giving a reason. Please ALWAYS contact us before returning. Thanks !

– As a rule, all instruments are overhauled and/or serviced in the workshop. I only sell instruments that are in such good condition that I would use them professionally myself. If an instrument is not directly playable, I will write this clearly in the item description.
