Colorful meticulously embroidered pattern with phoenix design. Hem unfinished. Waist about 22-24” length about 19”. I think fabric is linen or heavy cotton.

Amin Beder Company, a high end fashion clothier who operated out of st. Petersburg, Florida. They were at their peak in the 1940-1950s and had traveling salespeople who serviced clientele all over the USA including members of the DuPont family. The company only used the finest fabrics for their fashions, many ordered from Europe. Amin Beder Co. Closed in the 1970s.
