About the Ann McKim Clipper Ship
Ann McKim was one of the early true clipper ships, designed to meet the increasing demand for faster cargo transportation between the United States and China in the early 1840s. The opening of new Treaty ports in the East allowed American merchants greater access to trade with China, leading to the need for ships that could move cargo more quickly than traditional merchant ships.

Ann McKim was built in Baltimore, Maryland, United States, by James Williamson in partnership with Samuel Kennard[5] on a commission of "the wealthy sea-dog and merchant," Honorable Issac McKim and named after his wife, Ann.

I will combine shipping. To get combined shipping, contact me for a combined shipping quote. I can't combine shipping on items already purchased.

I list my items at a price that I think is fair. If you do not like the price, please feel free to purchase the items from someone else. I will not respond to offers.

* I use a Lufkin brand tape measure to measure all of my items. Depending on how you measure, and what you use to measure, the measurements of the item may vary slightly. I do my best to list the size accurately, but the size may vary by 1/8". I don't use "stock" or manufacturer's sizing. I measure the actual item that I have.

-----------------

I accept returns. Buyer is responsible for the shipping (both ways) on returned items. You will only receive a refund on the cost of the item, not shipping charges.

I use the USPS shipping calculator for shipping. I enter the weight of the item plus packaging and then USPS does the rest. I cannot lower shipping because it is determined by USPS, not me.

Please ask questions if you are unsure about an item. I would rather you ask questions than be disappointed.

I will do local pick up on any of my items. If you live in the greater Philadelphia area - please contact me about pick ups in Bucks County. It saves me on packing materials and you on shipping costs.
