In 1963, Bob Dylan appeared at NEWPORT FOLK FES, a major folk event, and sang
protest songs such as "Blowin' in the Wind," "Silent Infantry," and "God is on His Side," and
quickly came into the limelight as a new leader in the folk world.
The United States of America is a land of freedom in turmoil. Deep-rooted racism against blacks and the Vietnam War...
In such an era, together with Princess Joan Baez of modern folk, they participated in the Civil Rights Movement and the
March on Washington, and they became icons of the times.

The first song on the CD is a live performance with Pete Seeger of Playboys And Playgirls, a rare sound source that has not yet been released on CD. This song by
Dylan's pen was sung like the theme song at folk gatherings at the time as "Playboy Playgirl" by Folk Campers, which became the ignition point of the Shinjuku Folk Guerrilla in Japan
, but it was
never released as the original Bob Dylan.
and a duet with Joan Baez on the anti-war song "God is on your side."
♪ When the cavalry shot and killed the Indians, God was on his side. ♪ But now, will we stop the war, if God is on our side?
A year later, in 1964, Dylan began performing new songs with vivid literary imagery that rhymed with "Mr. Tambourine Man
," "Liberty Bell," and other songs.
Dylan's changes didn't stop there, and the following year, in 1965, he performed a loud electric concert with a rock band without any notice, and left
the stage amid a storm of boos from the bewildered folk audience.
Dylan reappeared on stage with an acoustic guitar in his hand and sang "Its All Over Now, Baby Blue" --
It's all over ~ and broke with the folk crowd -- or rather, his past self.
Here, Dylan's change from folk to rock is thoroughly recorded in chronological order. It

is a substantial 74-minute live sound source collection that allows you to enjoy the simple and vivid Dylan of the folk era, the fierce Dylan who challenges rock, and the transition. Coming from the new series ROCK OFF of Eternal Grooves!
